Booth 625 – Level 3
From January 13th to 15th, we will be present, like every year, at the Fancy Food Show in San Francisco. This is for us a moment to bring a small piece of French Cheese Terroir on the East coast of the United States. We hope to meet there our American customers and of course to make plenty of new contacts!
From October 21stto 25th, we well be once again at the SIAL International Food Fair in Paris. This biennial rendezvous is an opportunity to present to professionals from all over the world the richness of French cheese terroirs and to highlight our specific export skills through a stand with nearly 800 references of cheese specialties and fine food.
Starting to sell cheese to a customer in Estonia, we have just added a 75th country to the list of French cheese lovers in the world.
This new customer sells cheeses in hotels and restaurants to large local chefs, whom we met on the Rungis market earlier this year. The quality of French products to produce exceptional cuisine is plebiscited by chefs from all over the world.
We hope to continue this way to conquer the world!
On the occasion of the State Visit to the United States of French President in last April, the staff of the Elysée Palace asked us to provide cheese for a reception given at the French Embassy by Emmanuel Macron for the French community in the US. 60 kg of specialty cheese were shipped: Neufchâtel, Mimolette Losfeld Extra Vieille, Munster, Comté…
