1. Retention and Use of your personal data

The information collected on the forms on the website is recorded in a file electronically by Thomas Export.

It is kept for 13 months and is intended for the marketing and sales departments established within the European Union.

This file is accessible only by the management, the employees of the marketing and sales departments within Thomas Export.

By ticking the mandatory consent box prior to submission of each form on thewww.thomas-export.com website (“I authorize Thomas Export to use the information entered in the context of the commercial relationship that may result from it”). ). You explicitly authorize the storage and processing of your data for the purpose of information about our services. You authorize:

3. Withdrawal of consent concerning your personal data

3.1. Right of access to your personal data

You have the right to access, modify and/or delete your personal data at any time by contacting our IT department:

Via mail: Thomas Export / Maison Henri Brunel – Marketing Department – 102-146 Rue d’Auffay 76650 Les Grandes Ventes with a copy of a proof of identity. Ideally, by registered mail with acknowledgement of receipt.

On site at : 102-146 Rue d’Auffay 76650 Les Grandes Ventes: with presentation of a proof of identity. The CNIL (“Commission Nationale Informatique et Liberté”) states: “It is possible to be accompanied by the person of your choice. The consultation must last long enough to take note comfortably and completely. It is possible to request a copy of the data “.

The person in charge of the file has a maximum response time of 1 month from the date of the request, whether it is made by post or on site. The CNIL specifies: “If the request is incomplete (absence of identity justification for example), the file manager is entitled to ask for additional information: the time limit is then suspended and runs again once these elements have been provided”.
