4 rocamadours • 60 gr of mascarpone • 15 gr of truffle chips • 2cl of olive oil • Flower of salt with truffle • Ground pepper

  • Place a spoonful of mascarpone in a small porcelain casserole dish.
  • Add the truffle salt, a turn of the pepper mill, a dash of olive oil and the truffle.
  • Cover with the Rocamadour, put the lid on and place in the microwave oven for 45 seconds.
  • Serve warm
